CNC will follow a strict confidentiality policy related to information which will be handled during the execution of the services related to the Cooperation Tool. Information related to people involved in a research project will be handled only for the purpose of performing such project and will not be distributed to other parties.

Limited Liability
CNC puts outmost attention in ensuring that the Cooperation Tool is working smoothly and reliably.
However, CNC is only responsible for the Cooperation Tool to work correctly. Responsibility for direct or indirect damages claimed by the Users of the Tool cannot be accepted.

IPR and Copyright
CNC will keep all intellectual property rights and product ownership of the software package. This Web application software is protected by the international copyright laws. No part of this application may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, without the express written permission of the owning company. All concepts, ideas, algorithms and graphics included in this application are exclusive intellectual property of CNC Centro Nuova Comunicazione s.r.l. Copy, duplication, reverse engineering of this software is absolutely forbidden. CNC declares and advises that part of this product may contain information or code property of or under licence from a third party, even if not explicitly declared.
