In order to avoid mistakes and allow to check that the results will match the expectations, the Cooperation Tool integrated CMS includes a Preview functionality.

Pages which have been created or updated are first saved to a Preview Web site. The Dissemination Manager (or person in a similar role) can check the results as they will eventually appear to visitors.

When everything is approved, a button allows to copy the Preview Web site to the Public Web site, so as to make it available to everybody.

In case the changes are not satisfactory and have to be removed, another button allows to copy back the Public Web site to the Preview Web site, so cancelling all changes occurred since previous publication.
