From the administrative point of view, a Project is divided into Periods, according to the deadlines for internal reports (Accounting Periods)
and official reports (Reporting Periods).

The actual definition of such Periods depend on the project duration, internal needs and EC rules.

Changes can be done, in case, e.g., of a time extension of the project.

When the end of a Period is approaching, Partners are automatically notified of the deadline and invited to input their financial data.
